David N. Fisher is a founding partner of Fisher & Byrialsen, PLLC. David has extensive trial and litigation experience in State and Federal Court. David has tried over 35 cases to verdict, including a recent civil rights case where he got a $8.25 Million verdict for his client. David has a very rare ability to connect with clients and jurors, consistently resulting in great outcomes for his clients. David was recently recognized by Super Lawyer’s Magazine as a “Rising Star” in his practice areas; an honor that is bestowed upon only 2.5% of lawyers in the New York Metropolitan Area. David specializes in Criminal Defense and Civil Rights Litigation.
David graduated from The University of Delaware in 2002, with honors, majoring in Criminal Justice. He went on to graduate from New York Law School in 2005, cum laude, where he was a member of the New York Law School Law Review.
Before becoming a partner at Fisher & Byrialsen, PLLC, David worked as a public defender at the New York Legal Aid Society in Manhattan. As a public defender, David handled hundreds of criminal cases but never compromised his number one goal; getting his clients the best possible result.
David is admitted to practice law in: New York, New Jersey, Colorado, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of Colorado and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
